Intro[re]spection
The Intro[re]spection respectful workplace training program was designed by award-winning employment law attorney, Jessica Childress. This program includes an individualized assessment for each employee and live-training component, giving organizations the tools to have meaningful and intentional conversations regarding how to show respect to each individual person in their workplace, thus promoting a culture of true inclusion and belonging.
Participants who take the Intro[re]spection Assessment immediately receive their Intro[re]spection Outcome report after completing the assessment. This report offers insights for understanding how persons with this outcome give and receive respect. What is the Intro[re]spection Outcome of My Colleagues? is a signature, interactive workshop, conducted virtually for supervisory and non-supervisory employees. During this highly engaging training, a Childress Global expert trainer discusses why behavior that is tailored towards each person’s Intro[re]spection Outcome is critical to building an inclusive and respectful workplace.
